This position reports to: Production Engineering Manager.

Role and responsibilities

Are you ready for an exciting challenge as a Project Manager? We are looking for you who are driven by planning, executing and delivering investment projects in a production environment and can assist in realizing our vision of the Factory of the Future. You will be the one to lead and inspire the project team's work towards success and ensure that projects are delivered on target and meet our high expectations. The basis of the work will be driving medium to large-scale projects for machine investments but also with content of logistics development, digitalization and increased automation in production. • As responsible for creating the project schedule, budget plan and resource plan, you will be the key person setting the framework for success.
• You will lead a diverse project team consisting of production engineers, production planners, maintenance staff, operators and others, guiding them towards achieving expected results.
• By actively working on project follow-up, forecasting and managing deviations, you will ensure that we stay on track and address any obstacles along the way.
• Your role also includes accurately reporting project results to various stakeholders.

Your background

• You have a civil engineering degree along with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• You are a committed, positive and solution-oriented project manager who has a genuine interest in people as well as technology.
• Your personal qualities and attitude will be crucial to be a successful investment project manager with us Knowledge of SAP, BASU/BASP training is a great advantage.
• Experience from similar roles and leading project teams in an international environment is meritorious.
• You are communicative, structured, curious to learn new things and happy to help where needed Delivering quality is self-evident to you and you are driven by achieving goals both in terms of economy, quality and time.
• Speaking and writing both English and Swedish is an important prerequisite for being able to communicate in your role.
• Driving license B.

The Large Motors and Generators division offers a comprehensive product range of large AC motors and generators. From general to customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors that contribute to high efficiency, reliability and availability for all major industries and applications, including some of the most difficult and demanding environments. The division also has a long history of designing and manufacturing generators for many different industries such as power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining and data centers.
