We are looking for a new employee for Höjden, which is a special residence within social psychiatry. We are looking for you who want to work in a free and varied work and have a great interest in people. All efforts should be characterized by respect and empathy for the user. You work with your hands and heart. You are part of a team where many have chosen to stay for a long time and worked for many years in the business, they act as mentors for new colleagues. The team includes your unit manager, nurse, physiotherapist and occupational therapist. We work on the basis of each individual's needs and to strengthen their ability to live an independent life, it may sound difficult but it is the most fun job in the world.
The service is 83% night which is equivalent to 100% day.
WORK TASKS
Within Housing and Support, you work as a Rehabilitation staff at special housing social psychiatry. Here, your users can consist of both older and younger people with mental illness. You work in the user's own home, which is in a group home with access to a common room. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their everyday life, leisure and care tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with education in health and care, assistant nurse with 200 points psychiatry.
As a person, we want you to be flexible, sensitive to the needs of others, careful, service-oriented, solution-focused and have a good attitude. You also find it easy to cooperate with colleagues, the head of unit and other professionals, and you can work as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care.
A good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. As well as computer skills and experience of documentation as it is part of the work tasks. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.
