WORK DUTIES Working as a unit manager within Home Services means having a coaching leadership where you, together with your co-workers and certified staff, work cross-professionally and always have the user in focus. The assignment means that you have a responsibility to ensure that the users receive good care and attention. You also have the work environment task, which means that you have a daily dialogue with your employees to ensure that they feel good about their work and have good conditions to be able to provide their users with good and safe care. Other duties included in the assignment are to ensure that your home care group has the right staffing and a balanced budget. QUALIFICATIONS Appropriate university education that the employer deems relevant to the assignment. Experience from work management is meritorious. Characteristics that are required in the role of unit manager are to have an analytical ability, to be methodical and structured in one's way of working, because home care is a changing business.
