Job duties

As a supervisor in the enrichment plant's maintenance department, you are responsible for a group of mechanics who work both shifts and during the day. You will collaborate closely with an existing supervisor and you have personnel responsibility for each work group.

In the role, you will lead and distribute work based on daily pulse meetings, work with development in terms of planning joint work, technical issues, inspection rounds and various support systems. Together with the employees, you develop everything from SOPs/work descriptions for recurring joint work, perform safety work by initiating risk analyzes and safety rounds for the work group.

Work with work orders takes place in our maintenance system, Maximo, where the daily and ongoing maintenance work is handled. As a supervisor, you also participate in maintenance shutdowns and take care of your own mechanics as well as manage contractors.

Your assignment includes holding workplace meetings, goal and development discussions, salary discussions and customary personnel matters. Working hours are set to daytime, on-call and on-duty travel may occur. The position is directly subordinated to the Head of Section.

Education experience

We see that you have a secondary school education with a focus on mechanics/technology. For us, it is important that you have a few years of practical experience in the field, preferably in heavy process industry. We see having experience from a previous leading position as an advantage. You have good computer skills and that you can easily learn new systems, meritorious if you have previous experience with Maximo.

The applicant must have good communication skills and be a problem solver who likes to work with continuous improvements. Leading groups and contributing to the development of your employees is a natural part of you. To succeed in the role, you are driven, responsible and independent and have good collaboration skills.

Spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement, as well as a driving license of at least class B.
