Your role:
As a Tactical Buyer, you have a broad responsibility for coordinating and developing the purchase of products and services within the Boliden Group's operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland. Through your work, you actively contribute to achieving our business goals - both short and long term - and play a key role in developing the purchasing function within the industrial company of the future.

The position is a full-time temporary position for 12 months based in Boliden. You will report to the Head of Section Procurement Desk at Boliden Office. You will be part of a committed and close-knit team of 15 colleagues, where you together drive the development of smarter and more efficient ways of working. Here, everyday life is characterized by cooperation, team spirit and a genuine commitment - with a common desire to contribute to development. As the business is spread across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland, the position also involves some travel.

With your communication skills, you build strong relationships - both internally and externally - and you are not afraid to engage in dialogues even in areas that are new to you.
You are a self-driven team player who contributes to a positive collaborative climate and has a genuine interest in developing working methods and finding smart solutions. Your sense of service, willingness to learn and ability to think long-term make you an important part of our team.
We would like to see that you have an academic education or YH education in purchasing, logistics or a similar field. Alternatively, you have an upper secondary education in combination with relevant experience from work in purchasing. For the role, you are required to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Since travel to our other facilities may occur, you also need to have a B-driving license.
