Do you want to be involved and influence Gällivare municipality's rehabilitation work? As a rehabilitation coordinator, you will be part of our HR team consisting of 14 people consisting of HR consultants, salary-pension and PA system developers. The department that works together to give managers the best possible conditions to be able to carry out their work. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues in the team and other activities, but you also need to be independent and be able to run and develop the work around rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to work proactively in the field of rehabilitation with a focus on operational support for both managers and employees. It is important that you can move between both organizational and individual levels without difficulty.
Some examples of tasks:
• provide expert support in the field of rehabilitation and ensure efficient, structured rehabilitation work in the municipality
• initiate, drive and follow up implementation within the rehabilitation process
• support managers in the work with rehabilitation in individual cases
• coordinate and cooperate with the various actors of the rehabilitation process both externally and internally
• be the contact person for external parties such as occupational health care, the insurance fund and the work environment agency in the area of rehabilitation.
• develop the preventive work in rehabilitation together with other HR consultants
• lead, plan and implement training in rehabilitation for mainly managers and protection agents.
• monitor legislative changes and AFSs and, where applicable, implement changes.
• work with agreements and procurement regarding systems and services linked to occupational health care.

We are looking for you who have an academic education in HR, work environment or rehabilitation or another specialization that the employer deems equivalent. We would like you to have a few years of experience in complex rehabilitation cases or preventive work environment work. It is an advantage if you have experience of similar work in municipal operations. As a person, you need to run processes independently, be analytical, trust-building and have the ability to meet people in the situation they are in. You are good at building good relationships, initiating collaboration and collaborating, but are also a good communicator with a strong drive to develop the municipality's rehabilitation work.
As a support to managers, you need to be pedagogical in your way of explaining/training with good ability to listen, identify needs, make individuals' resources visible and come up with proposals for solutions that make progress in the rehabilitation process.
