Your role

The mission of the workplace spans a wide area; from infrastructure to automation. A prerequisite for achieving the mission of the workplace is competence in all areas. Thus, skills development will be a priority for all employees at the workplace. We are now looking for remote loading technicians and automation technicians for our workplace in the Kiruna Mine Infrastructure section . You will work mainly with maintenance and development of communication/control systems for remote loaders, shovel crushers, loading trucks, drilling rigs, WLAN and access systems in the mine. We also act as a support for other workplaces within the mine regarding control systems for mining machines, ventilation (controlled ventilation underground) and water supply (pump chain). The site's mission covers a wide area, from infrastructure to automation. A prerequisite for fulfilling the mission of the site is competence in all areas. As a result, skills development will be a priority within the workplace.

What you bring with you

  • Good secondary school grades are a requirement
  • B-driving license is a requirement
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is a requirement
  • Education in electricity is meritorious
  • Experience of working with electricity, infrastructure, automation, control systems, and troubleshooting is advantageous
  • Computer skills are an advantage
