Your roleWe

are now looking for a manager for the Technology and Service department in Malmberget. LKAB is facing important work to maximize production in our existing facilities while developing new technology and planning for the next generation LKAB. An exciting journey of change, which we hope you want to join.

As Head of Department for Technology and Service, you will be part of the management team in Malmberget and report directly to the Area Manager. Your department has a central mission to, in close cooperation with other operations in Malmberget and the business area's staffs, drive the operational and strategic direction forward. This includes digitalization, automation, electrification, implementation of new ways of working, carbon-free production and adaptation to increased environmental requirements and a zero vision for accidents. Today, the department covers areas such as energy, technology, occupational health and safety, environment, dust and project organizations and consists of approximately 50 employees.

What you bringWe

are looking for a leader who is enterprising, committed, unpretentious and takes responsibility, with a strong interest in technology. Your analytical and structured approach, combined with good communication skills, will enable you to effectively communicate ideas and build consensus within the team. Your ability to communicate clearly and responsively is crucial to building strong partnerships and ensuring that everyone is working towards common goals. • You have a college or university degree, such as a Master's degree or other degree that, combined with relevant experience, is deemed equivalent.
• Several years of relevant experience in a senior position
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• B-driving license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB
