are looking for a business developer HMS for our project business. A person who wants to be involved in developing the department's work in the areas of Health, Safety & Environment. Given the challenges we are facing, it is necessary that we add additional knowledge in these areas. Your main task will be to prioritize safety on our construction sites, with a focus on spreading LKAB's safety culture to all our projects. In addition to this, your role will be to provide support and guidance to our projects to ensure that we comply with the applicable laws, ordinances and regulations in the field.
The role of Business Developer HSE will be an important part of the department for Transformation Projects
at LKAB. Among other things, the department is responsible for the company's project activities related to our transition. In addition, the department works with construction projects related to Logistics and Area Kiruna.
Currently, the department consists of about 60 employees, and the goal is for the business to grow in line with the upcoming transition projects. As the role is new to LKAB, you will be given the opportunity to help shape it according to the company's needs and visions.
Your responsibilities include introducing and training new project employees, both internally and externally, in the projects' HSE work. You will have a central role in coordinating and participating in both internal and external audits to ensure compliance with our safety standards. Reporting on the projects' HSE work will be an important part of your tasks. In addition, you will actively participate in risk management efforts by conducting analysis, planning actions and following up on results to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment. You will be an important part of our team and work together with colleagues on the work sites to ensure the safety of our projects.

In addition to this, you need to have:
Post-secondary education in environment and work environment or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
Several years of relevant experience with HSE issues, preferably in larger projects
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
B-driving license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB
