Your role
Working as a Process Operator in Mining, you will monitor, control and correct the flow process from mine to mill. The tasks include both operator and field work with operational maintenance. field work uses both large and small tools / aids, as well as driving vehicles such as Avant skid steer loader and truck in the form of flushing water truck. The control center also coordinates any mine events, which puts a lot of responsibility on the operator in the control room and requires you to be able to handle stressful situations. As well as being part of our wide-ranging operations with lots of day-to-day learning and development opportunities, we offer all employees the necessary training.
What you bring to the table
We are looking for you who are service-oriented and cooperative as we meet other professional groups both internally and externally in our work on a daily basis. Safety always comes first, so it is important that you have a high safety mindset. It is important that you, with great job satisfaction, a sense of service and safety thinking, feel responsible for delivering both on time and with high quality.
- Secondary education with passing grades.
- Good communication, stress and simultaneous ability
- Holistic approach - being able to analyze, prioritize and make decisions
- B driving license is a requirement.
- Knowledge of the mine and / or process is meritorious
