Do you want to lead others and contribute to the business? We are now looking for a production manager for one of our production operations, the enrichment plant, which is part of Svappavaara's processing operations.

Your role

As a production manager, you will be responsible for the operational management, which means that you lead and distribute the daily work. The role requires a great deal of personal responsibility. The work takes place in close collaboration with the production manager and other production managers.

Your everyday life as a production manager:

  • Lead and distribute the daily work in production.
  • Systematic work environment improvements such as safety rounds, handling of incident reports and execution/revision of risk analyses.
  • Manage improvements and deviations against safety and established plans.
  • Develop work methods and production equipment.
  • Contact with both external and internal customers


You have this with you

We are looking for someone who is used to working independently and goal-oriented. You have natural leadership qualities and are structured, analytical and committed. We value your social skills, it is a prerequisite in communication with both employees and suppliers. We would like you to have experience in the mining or construction industry. It is advantageous if you have experience from similar production/processing operations. As well as if you have any leadership training or have previous experience in work management.

In other respects, we see that you have passed a high school diploma or equivalent education and have a B driver's license.
