Your role
The role offers a varied, flexible and exciting work where you have an important role in the operational safety work for LKAB's railway facilities in Luleå, Malmberget, Svappavaara and Kiruna as well as supporting our facility in Narvik.

Your everyday life as a railway infrastructure engineer
- Leading role with responsibility for the technical standard and development of the railway facilities
- Close cooperation with internal rail-related activities
- Contacts with other infrastructure managers
- Participation in various industry forums
- Project management and project resource included to varying degrees
- Work on analysis and development of the Maximo maintenance system
What you bring to the table
In this role, you will work on assignments where your ability to analyze and drive your work forward with ambition and commitment will be important. At the same time, you should have an ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
We expect you to have:
- Civil or university engineering degree in mechanical engineering, road and water or similar field
- Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- B-driving license is a requirement
Meritorious
- Experience in the railway sector
- Experience from assignments where your role has been of a leading nature such as project manager, engineer with coordination responsibility or similar
