Your role

We are now looking for dedicated temporary workers to replace regular staff in the mine during the summer. As a loader driver, you load rock into shafts or onto trucks. As a rock truck driver, you will take over and drive the loaded rock from the pit to the crusher. Before starting your temporary job, you will complete paid training that includes both theory and practice.

The training to become a loader driver is 10 weeks and is carried out gradually starting in the fall of 2024/2025. The training to become a forklift driver is 7 weeks and starts in the fall of 2024/2025.

What you will bring with you

To fit the role as a temporary worker with us, you thrive on taking responsibility and you always have a high safety mindset. As we handle large machines, it is very important that you work safely and can keep calm. Whether you're working in a team or independently, you'll need good teamwork and communication skills. It is also important that you are committed and willing to learn new things.

• You must be at least 18 years old and have obtained a driving license (manual transmission) in good time before your training starts
• You should be fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Completion or commencement of upper secondary education or equivalent is an advantage
• Work experience from similar jobs is an advantage.
