Your role

We are now looking for a vehicle mechanic for our service workshop, which is located 1365 meters underground. You will belong to the section Kiruna Gruva Rasbrytning, where our department is tasked with maintaining and developing the company's machinery to ensure high and resource-efficient availability and production.

Your primary tasks are repair and maintenance work on our loaders and knockers. The work is varied with preventive and emergency remedial repairs that take place in the workshop as well as out in the field in the mine. With us, we jointly and committedly create the conditions for Lastningen to meet the production targets by keeping the machinery fleet in good shape.

You have this with you

  • High school education, preferably from the automotive program or similar, alternatively you have a burning interest in machinery or equivalent experience.
  • B driving license is a requirement.
  • Mastering the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement.
  • Knowledge in electricity, hydraulics and welding is advantageous.
  • As a person, you are an imaginative problem solver who always wants to find solutions. You see yourself as a team player and want to contribute to the joint success of the team. We would like to see you contribute to a good atmosphere, have good cooperation skills and a high sense of service and quality.
