We are looking for an administrator with an HR orientation for the Department of Economics, Technology, Art and Society (ETKS) located in Piteå. You will be part of an administrative group with 25 employees in Luleå and Piteå. The administrative group constitutes a common resource for the entire department with the aim of providing administrative support to the department's head of department, department heads, subject representatives, researchers, teachers, PhD students and students. You will be part of a network together with other administrators. You work together to develop and maintain common routines and working methods. Job duties As an administrator with an HR focus, you mainly work with personnel-related issues within the Music, Media and Theater department, which has operations at the Piteå campus and at the Theater Academy in Luleå, but you also support the department as a whole. The work involves administration and handling of recruitment, extension of employment, introduction of new employees, tax and migration matters, intermittent employment and contract administration. You will also act as contact person between the department and several internal and external parties, for example HR, Property and other units in Piteå and work in close cooperation with the head of department in Piteå. The work also includes responsibility for the department's diary and registry, postgraduate education administration, review of travel invoices, purchases and orders as well as internal information and communication in collaboration with the department's communicator. Qualifications For the position, a university degree in the PA field or other equivalent education and experience in HR work is required. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with similar duties within an authority. The work requires good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You are self-motivated, take great responsibility for your tasks, are interested in and have the ability to work with the development of routines and working methods. The role involves collaboration with many different parties and you must have the ability to create good contacts with various stakeholders. Your work is service work and we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and ability to meet teachers, researchers and management in situations where you periodically work under time pressure.
