WORK TASKS
At the customer center, 23 municipal counselors work and we are now looking for reinforcement for one of our two teams. As a municipal advisor, you are an important part of our service organization.
Luleå municipality's customer center is the citizens' entrance for information and guidance about the municipality's services.
The main task of the customer center is to offer first-class service to citizens via telephone, e-mail, e-services and personal meetings at our reception.
Your role is to be the first point of contact, helping in a professional and service-oriented way to answer questions, provide information and refer to the right body within the municipality.
You provide guidance and information about the municipality's services and systems and help citizens to find their way around municipal activities.
You handle administrative tasks related to the municipality's service center and support other units as needed.
In the event of a crisis, the customer center is the municipality's information center.
You will be part of a team where the common goal is to create good accessibility and good quality for the people we serve!
The team works in a continuous learning process by exchanging knowledge and helping each other.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a high school diploma and documented experience in service.
We see that you are service-oriented and solution-oriented.
You have an empathetic and objective approach and enjoy meetings with other people.
If necessary, you can handle a fast pace while being thorough and able to prioritize and familiarize yourself with different types of issues and problems.
You are able to absorb complex information and communicate it in an educational way.
You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English. Several languages are an advantage.
You are tech-savvy and have good computer experience.
You are co-creative and care about your colleagues. Contributing to the psychosocial work environment comes naturally to you - you are a team player!
