WORK DUTIES As a project manager with us, you work with the entire construction process, from planning to construction and finally handover. You will work with different types of projects, with varying focus and size. You have a financial responsibility for the implementation of your projects and follow up the projects against set goals. The work means that you make decisions about measures within the framework of the project and are responsible for ensuring that requirements are met according to the regulations that regulate our projects. You work closely with our internal specialists, external consultants and contractors. The role of project manager also includes work as a technical expert in your area of ​​expertise as well as work with procurement of design consultants, contractors and suppliers. We offer you varied and developing work with independence and personal responsibility, both through your own tasks and through close collaboration with other project managers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have technical education at university/college level or other education with experience that is deemed equivalent. You have a few years of work experience in, for example, contracting, clients and/or the consulting industry, preferably as a project manager/installation manager/assignment manager or similar with knowledge of project finance. As the position involves projects within various installation disciplines and coordination between contractors, we would like you to have a background in the plumbing field, with good knowledge of control and monitoring installations. In your work, you will also be an expert in your field and assist your colleagues in questions regarding plumbing and control and monitoring. We assume that you have good knowledge of procurement within contracts, contract law including AB, ABT and ABK. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU), As a project manager, we assume that you are good at prioritizing and are structured, take initiative and achieve results. You have good ability to lead others, collaborate and create good relationships. An important part of the work is dialogue and consultation with relevant stakeholders, therefore we see that you are trustworthy, clear and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing. You are open to learning new things and are driven by the desire to improve and take on complex challenges in new ways and solutions. We would like you to have experience as a BAS P/U.
