You will be responsible for and drive issues and assignments in the field of excavation and transportation in Sweden. We want to use your skills and experience to ensure the best solution in this area in our projects.
The work requires good communication skills and a high degree of collaboration and coordination.
The position requires travel throughout the country.
As a Leadbuyer, you belong to a specialist function within the purchasing organization with extensive and specific expertise in certain subject areas.
You report to the Head of Purchasing, Special and are part of a team with other colleagues, in the corresponding role.
Duties
Together with the project management, you will participate in the planning and purchasing of the project's excavation contracts.
Examples of duties;
Determining working methods, methodology and boundaries.
Participate in the preparation of documentation such as mass distribution plan, bill of quantities/description and demarcation list.
Identify potential suppliers.
Participate in the invitation to tender, negotiation, supplier evaluation and contract writing.
Follow-up of delivery and performance together with the project organization. Develop a competitive supplier base and supplier partnerships based on the needs of the business area.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have a university degree or equivalent qualifications and / or at least five years of experience in managing major excavation contracts.
The role requires in-depth knowledge in areas such as production planning, excavation and mass disposition, geotechnics, calculation skills, measurement and compensation rules and law such as AMA and AB.
As a person, you are committed, solution-oriented and relationship-building. You also thrive when the pace is high and can achieve results together with others.
The position is a permanent position with placement at one of our offices in Sweden. A B-driving license is a requirement as travel in the service occurs. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
