Coordinate global learning initiatives and manage impactful training

As Global Learning Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping functional learning programs that support our global business lines, including Sales, Supply Chain, Project Execution, and Technology. This position offers the opportunity to design and manage training projects that enhance skills and growth across the organization. Manage training projects and learning systems globally
In this role, you will develop, deliver, evaluate and project manage functional training programs. You will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your responsibility will be to:
* Design and implement functional training programs using digital and blended formats
* Lead training programs, ensuring clear documentation and communication
* Deliver and facilitate training programs as trainer or facilitator
* Evaluate program effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement
* Coordinate content creation with internal and external contributors
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business lines
You will report to the Head of Functional Academy and collaborate with global teams. The position is based in Malmö, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark, and includes 30–45 travel days per year.
Collaborative and organized professional with a global mindset
We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a consistently evolving environment and values collaboration. You are creative, yet structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across functions will be crucial in reaching our goals.
You also have:
* A university degree in Education, Management, Psychology or a related field
* 3–5 years of experience in project and program management within Learning and Development, HR, or organizational development
* Ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
* Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
* Advanced English skills, spoken and written
