As Global Learning Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping functional learning programs that support our global business lines, including Sales, Supply Chain, Project Execution, and Technology. Manage training projects and learning systems globally In this role, you will develop, deliver, evaluate and project manage functional training programs. You will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your responsibility will be to: * Design and implement functional training programs using digital and blended formats * Lead training programs, ensuring clear documentation and communication * Deliver and facilitate training programs as trainer or facilitator * Evaluate program effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement * Coordinate content creation with internal and external contributors * Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business lines You will report to the Head of Functional Academy and collaborate with global teams. The position is based in Malmö, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark, and includes 30–45 travel days per year.
