As a nurse with us, you will have an independent, varied job where planning and prioritization are an important part. You will work with assessment, planning, execution and follow-up of health care interventions in the patient's home. Alongside a dedicated healthcare team, you will also mentor and support other professionals to help them grow in their professional roles. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who are a registered nurse, or soon to be registered. If you have previous experience of working as a nurse, this is an advantage. A good subject competence and willingness to keep up to date in your professional field is a prerequisite for success in the role. It is an advantage if you have completed specialist training in relevant areas. As a person, you are independent, proactive and responsible. The work requires a meticulous and systematic approach, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. You are pedagogical in your communication, are considerate in your treatment and enjoy working closely in teams. A B driving license is a requirement. To succeed in the role, you need to have good communication skills in Swedish in speech and writing. Skellefteå municipality is a Finnish and Sami administrative municipality, it is therefore an advantage if you know Finnish or Sami.
