In the first instance, you will be involved in the development of Näsudden's industrial area, about 100 ha. At the same time, there are also plans for more similar major development projects that can be started in parallel or take over after Näsudden's industrial area. WORK TASKS As a project engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are implemented successfully and according to plan. You will be responsible for procurement and purchasing by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing and administering contracts. This includes ensuring that all legal and commercial terms are clearly defined and that both parties meet their contractual obligations. An important part of your work is to ensure high quality. You do this by creating and implementing quality control programs. These programs ensure that all materials and work performed meet the defined standards and specifications. You will also carry out regular inspections and tests, identify any non-conformities and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high quality throughout the project lifecycle. Another important task is quantity control, which involves managing and controlling the amount of materials and resources used in the project. An additional part of your responsibilities is to ensure that resources are used efficiently and that there is no overuse or waste. This includes accurately documenting and reporting quantities consumed and adjusting orders and deliveries according to project needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a civil engineer with a degree in civil engineering or an equivalent university degree in civil engineering or land/construction. You have solid experience as a technical consultant, contractor or client and have worked on major land and construction projects. In addition, you have extensive experience in major civil engineering projects and are comfortable with the various aspects of project engineering. You have good knowledge of construction law, especially AB04 and Anläggnings AMA. In addition, you have knowledge of project planning, procurement, project follow-up and leadership. You have theoretical knowledge and practical experience of geotechnical works. You are comfortable and confident using digital tools and have knowledge of BIM. As a person, you are structured and you work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what has been started and meet deadlines.
