We are looking for a driven individual who can develop, manage and administer our operational purchasing system. This role requires an understanding of both the technical and business aspects of purchasing systems, as well as the ability to ensure that the systems operate effectively and support the organization's purchasing processes. Location Borlänge or Luleå.

Your main areas of responsibility

  • Analyze and document system requirements in collaboration with the procurement team and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and configure new system features and upgrades together with vendors and other external parties.
  • Manage daily operation and maintenance tasks for the purchasing system.
  • Support the purchasing department as well as other internal stakeholders regarding questions and opportunities regarding the system.


About you

  • You have education in information technology, systems science or experience that is considered equivalent.
  • Experience in system management and/or system administration, preferably in purchasing or similar areas.
  • Experience of working with purchasing systems, ERP systems or other business systems.
  • Knowledge of IFS and practical experience of system integrations and data migrations are advantageous.
  • You have good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • You have the ability to analyze and prioritize based on an overall perspective and take your own initiative
  • You have good communication skills and can easily cooperate with others
