Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic is responsible for sales, billing and customer service via traditional and digital channels for Vattenfall customers in the Nordic region. Our customer service is located in Umeå, Solna and Helsinki and in total we are about 300 employees who together support Vattenfall's various businesses via the customer interface. About the role
Cash and Credit Management, part of Business Support & Compliance within Customer Service Nordic in Umeå, is now looking for another employee who wants to help drive the future of claims management.
As a Credit Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks within the claims process, mainly within B2B. Within our team, we work closely together and support each other. You will be given great responsibility for the claims process regarding our medium and large corporate customers but also for your own development, which means that you as an applicant want to step in with 100% commitment, great initiative with a focus on continuous improvement. The role involves both regular line work and active participation in various projects.
You are expected to be able to take both incoming and outgoing calls from both customers and our clients.
We believe that success is achieved through teamwork, a high level of commitment, making everyone's voice heard, making demands on each other and giving each other constructive feedback.
