About the role
Who are we at KSU? Our main task is to train the Swedish nuclear power plants' operation and maintenance staff. We are also the Training Service Provider Europe for SMR BWRX-300 (the new nuclear reactors), something we are proud of. Our trainings are conducted in our full-scale simulator as well as in modern, flexible learning environments as we have a passion and curiosity for new technology.

Your tasks
As an instructor with us, you will develop and implement theoretical and practical training for operational staff. We also carry out and develop training for other categories in the nuclear power industry. As an instructor, you will also have the privilege of coaching course participants in their everyday lives.
KSU is the leading training company in our industry. This means, among other things, that we use the possibilities of digitalization to provide course participants with individual learning and the best training effects. We value your curiosity and interest in using digital tools in combination with classroom and simulator teaching and workplace training.

KSU, Kärnkraftsäkerhet och Utbildning AB, ensures the competence of the Swedish nuclear power plants' personnel through both theoretical training and training in full-scale simulators. KSU operates under the collective name Training Service Provider both nationally and internationally. The company is in development and we see an exciting growth to ensure competence for new and long-term nuclear power operations.
The business is conducted from our head office located in Nyköping and from our training facilities located close to the nuclear power plants in Forsmark, Oskarshamn and Ringhals. In Forsmark we also have the Technology and Training Center, TTC, where we have a unique opportunity to conduct operational training. KSU, with about 170 employees, is part of the Vattenfall Group.
