MindDig AB (Reg. No. 559339-4249) (“MindDig”) provides a digital platform to connect employers with talent in the European Economic Area (EEA), with a particular focus on regions such as the Swedish Arctic. While we conduct global talent campaigns, all job opportunities are based in the EEA.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and MindDig. The platform is not available to individuals under 18.


2. Use of the Service

  • You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Your account and usage rights are non-transferable.
  • We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uptime.
  • You are responsible for your own device and internet access.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create a secure account with accurate personal data.
  • Keep your login credentials private and secure.
  • Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
  • You are liable for activity on your account until you notify us of any breach.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws, our Terms, or MindDig’s instructions.
  • Post data you don’t have rights to.
  • Upload malicious code or misuse others’ accounts.
  • Attempt to access restricted systems or reverse-engineer our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights belong to MindDig or our licensors.
  • You own your User Data but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.
  • We may use anonymized data for research, analytics, or benchmarking.
  • You are liable for any infringement claims related to your uploaded data.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

  • We do not endorse or control job listings posted by third parties.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk.
  • We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for third-party content, downtime, or job outcomes.

AI Matching Notice

MindDig’s Services include an AI-based matching system that may influence job or candidate recommendations. This system is classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act and is subject to strict oversight and fairness requirements. Users may request human review of AI-generated suggestions at any time.


7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MindDig from claims arising from your use of the platform, content you provide, or violations of these Terms.


8. Modifications and Termination

  • We may update or suspend parts of the Service at any time.
  • You may close your account at any time.
  • MindDig may also terminate your access without prior notice.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Personal Data

  • We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • You can object to data processing for profiling or request human review of automated results.
  • Data may be shared with third-party processors only as necessary.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be handled in Swedish courts, with Luleå District Court as the venue.
