Role and responsibilities
Do you want a free and varied job in a future industry where technology and sustainability go hand in hand? Have you previously worked as a service engineer - or are you a recent college graduate with an interest in calibration, service and maintenance? Then this could be the next step in your career. In our repair workshop, we work with calibration, repair and maintenance of high-tech instruments for quality control in the paper and pulp industry.
A large part of the job takes place directly at our customers - both in Sweden and internationally - which gives you the chance to discover new environments and cultures. You will have great influence on how you plan your travel and work weeks to create a good work-life balance.

The role includes, among other things:
- Perform calibration, service, repair and installation of our measuring instruments for quality control - both in Sweden and globally.
- Travel frequently, approximately 20-25 weeks per year, with varying assignments at our customers.
- Provide support via phone and email, and sometimes on site at our local ABB units.
- Actively contribute to our strong safety culture and take responsibility - both for their own efforts and for the whole team.
Your background
- University education in electronics or equivalent technical field.
- Good ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
- Communicative, responsible and curious, with the ability to take your own initiative.
- Positive and responsive in cooperation with both customers and colleagues.
- We attach great importance to personal suitability and would like you to want to develop long-term together with ABB.
