Your role and responsibilities

Are you ready to lead projects that drive the development of industrial electrification and automation forward?

At ABB Process Industries, we contribute greatly to the development of industrial automation and electrification by offering innovative solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies that contribute to increased efficiency and sustainability within the industry.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional project teams to deliver electrification and automation solutions to the Swedish process industry.

You will manage projects of varying sizes and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and with the highest quality. Your ability to build effective teams, encourage innovation and solve complex problems is essential to this success. You will work closely with both customers and suppliers to create safe, efficient and sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities the role:

• Lead project teams of electrical designers, automation/commissioning engineers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the delivery of electrical power installations and control systems.
• Run several projects, of varying sizes, in parallel.
• Work with risk assessment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage purchasing and contacts with subcontractors regarding, for example, electrical installation, switchgear, transformers and construction contracts.
• Work in an international environment with a focus on sustainability, design and digital innovation.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts both internally and externally.

Qualifications for the role

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in industry.
• Documented experience of projects in electrification.
• Experience from the process industry and construction contracts is meritorious.
• You are responsive, results-oriented, strategic and have a structured way of working.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
