This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager.

We are looking for a dedicated and driven logistics developer with a passion for logistics and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and optimize our logistics flows with the goal of increasing efficiency, strengthening delivery capabilities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Logistics Developer to join our Planning and Fulfillment team at Smart Power Electrification Sweden.

You’re driven by challenging existing ways of working, developing efficient processes, and turning ideas into tangible results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of tasks and projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and optimize internal logistics, from goods receipt and warehouse management to material supply for production lines and the shipment of finished products.
  • Identify, drive, and implement improvement initiatives and development projects in the logistics area.
  • Contribute to the further development and modernization of the logistics function at the factory.
  • Ensure that logistics processes and work methods support the business’s goals and strategies.
  • Measure, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to drive efficiency and improve business results.
  • Develop future logistics strategies and actively contribute to their implementation.
  • Gain buy-in for and implement new work methods and solutions in close collaboration with both management and operational teams.

You are a person who values collaboration and has strong communication skills and the ability to inspire engagement. At the same time, you are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to see the big picture and delve into details when necessary.

The role involves creating structure and efficiency in the organization’s material flows, as well as driving development in automation and digitalization together with a dedicated team. You will establish and promote best practices in materials handling and inventory management throughout the entire value chain.

This is a cross-functional role that involves leading initiatives and projects in close collaboration with various parts of the business to find the best solutions. As a Logistics Developer, you will serve as a key ambassador for the logistics function and help shape a culture that takes logistics to the next level.

Qualifications for the role

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A master’s degree in engineering or equivalent education in a relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • An analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive work style.
  • The ability to work independently and take responsibility for driving tasks and projects forward.
  • Experience with change management and the ability to foster engagement in change initiatives.
  • A data-driven approach combined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with Power BI.
