Your role and responsibilities

As a Logistics Developer, you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment where multitasking is a natural part of your everyday life. You enjoy collaborating with others and have strong communication skills, while being confident in working with numbers, data analysis and fact-based decisions. You are able to see the big picture but are equally comfortable going into detail when needed.

In this role, you will be a key person in developing our internal logistics - from the arrival of the material to the finished products leaving the factory. You will help take our logistics operations to the next level, define future strategies and put them into practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the development of automation and digitalization together with a dedicated team.
• Creating structure in both organization and material flows.
• Establishing and spreading best practices for operations planning and inventory management throughout the logistics chain.
• Responsible for business data analysis for both the local business unit and the global organization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure processes support our business goals and strategies.
• Identify, drive and implement improvement initiatives and projects in logistics.
• Measure, monitor and act on key performance indicators to drive efficiency and improve key objectives.

Qualifications for the role

• Civil engineering degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience in logistics, project management or supply chain.
• Very good oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• A problem-solving and entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to thrive and perform in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible and comfortable with driving work forward on your own.
• Collaborative and solution-focused personality, combined with a data-driven work style and strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is meritorious.
