Role and responsibilities.

Are you an enterprising person with a technical interest who wants to take the next step in your career?

With us, you get an exciting opportunity to work independently and responsibly with Service Sales of motors and drive systems as well as services to customers in the Swedish Basic Industry, including metal, power generation and infrastructure. As a sales representative in the Motion Service Division, you are responsible for the entire sales process in your region - from prospecting and customer dialog to closing and follow-up. You work closely with both new and existing end customers, with great influence over your customer relationships and results. We offer you a well-established sales organization, training and a global network to support you in your role.

Your main tasks:

  • Responsible for and develop long-term customer relationships within your region.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and follow-up, with full responsibility for the sales budget.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal functions to create joint successes.
  • Work structured and proactively in our CRM system to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Your background

We are looking for you who:

  • Have good industry knowledge and experience from roles as a salesperson, consultant or project manager in engines, drive systems or related technology areas. Knowledge of maintenance, automation, electrical or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
  • Have experience in sales and marketing, thrive in a business role and are passionate about building trusting and long-term customer relationships. You have a strategic approach and are driven by creating value for both customers and the company.
  • You are used to using Microsoft Office and are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
  • Have a B driving license, which is a requirement for the position.
