Your role and responsibilities
As an Order Management Specialist at Process Industry, you will primarily work with order management and invoicing of field service orders, service contracts and projects. The field service orders are both current account and fixed price.
You will belong to a Business Support team deployed throughout Sweden. The role involves close cooperation with the automation manager, planners, service engineers and contract managers. You will report to the Administrative Manager.
The position is suitable for those who want to work at a company where the focus is on both technology and people.
Your main responsibilities
- Recording orders
- Creating purchase requisition
- Order inventory reviews
- Compiling invoice documents, time and materials
- Invoicing of orders and service contracts
- Execution of accounting assignments
- Crediting of invoices
- Follow-up of accounts receivable
- Management of supplier invoices
Your background
- Lower secondary education with a financial focus or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of SAP is meritorious
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of English as we are a global company.
- Social personality with own drive and desire to develop
- Good at working both in teams and independently
- Take own initiatives
- Flexible and have good collaboration skills
- A sense of order and orderliness
- Can have many balls in the air at the same time
