We’re currently looking for a Planner to join our Motor & Generator team, who will serve as the hub for our team of 8 experienced, skilled, and positive service engineers. We at ABB are growing and expanding in Västra Götaland, and we look forward to welcoming you to our team!

In terms of specific responsibilities, you’ll work on planning and coordinating our resources, assignments, and deliveries in the workshop and in the field to ensure high capacity utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your role also includes some customer contact, coordination of subcontractors, materials and spare parts management, and upselling ABB’s other services. Furthermore, you will drive improvement initiatives in the workshop, contribute to an efficient invoicing process, onboard and develop new staff, and ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • The goal is to deliver our services to our customers in the best possible way.
  • Your work will include resource planning for 8 service engineers, from Karlstad in the north to Malmö in the south. You will be responsible for ensuring we have the right person in the right place within the agreed timeframe.

You will be based at our service workshop in Mölndal. Some travel is required to visit customers and provide on-site support to these industries. In this role, you’ll have a permanent position in Mölndal while also traveling occasionally to see our equipment in action at Swedish industrial sites where it makes a difference every day.
