Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for coordination and optimization? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Planner for our Motor & Generator division who will serve as the hub of our team of 8 experienced, skilled, and positive service engineers. We at ABB are growing and expanding our presence in Västra Götaland, and we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
In terms of specific responsibilities, you’ll be planning and coordinating our resources, assignments, and deliveries in the workshop and in the field to ensure high capacity utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your role also includes some customer contact, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials and spare parts, and upselling ABB’s other services. Furthermore, you will drive improvement initiatives in the workshop, contribute to an efficient invoicing process, onboard and develop new staff, and ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety requirements.
Your Responsibilities
You will be based at our service workshop in Mölndal. Some travel is required to visit customers and provide on-site support to these industries. In this role, you’ll have a permanent position in Mölndal while also traveling occasionally to see our equipment in action at Swedish industrial sites, where it makes a difference every day.
