Responsibilities

As Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 15 people and be responsible for Sales & Operations Planning, Master Planning, Production Planning and Distribution Operations.

You play a key role in developing a positive work culture with your colleagues and creating an environment of continuous improvement.

You collaborate closely with other leaders to drive business development and create growth.

• Lead and inspire a team of 15 employees, responsible for master planning, detailed production planning and distribution.
• Ensure a comprehensive planning process that integrates Sales & Operations Planning and meets the needs of the organization.
• Drive short, medium and long-term planning to ensure on-time deliveries, as well as address unforeseen challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing ways of working and optimizing tools for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with other leaders within the production unit to drive business development, in close dialog with production, purchasing and production development.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering or engineering degree, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Documented leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a collaborative and performance-driven environment
• You take ownership, contribute to a strong team culture and drive results through clear communication and accountability
• Very good communication skills and used to collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Holistic approach combined with the ability to go down to the detail level when needed
• Ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic and changing environment
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
