Your main responsibilities include:
The role is eventful and varied, with both operational and strategic elements. You will handle everything from personnel-related issues to technical and production-related challenges and drive improvement work in everyday life. The focus of the role is on leadership rather than detailed technical skills. The ability to engage, motivate and develop people is crucial, as well as being able to be clear and demanding when needed. An interest in technology and production is important, but success in the role is primarily based on confident, inspiring and present leadership.
Your background:
To succeed in the role, you need to be a driving and present leader who thrives on working through others. You are easy to collaborate with technical functions and have a genuine interest in production and improvement work.
