Role and responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated person who wants to work with production planning and cross-functional collaboration within the Integrated Production Unit (IPU). We are looking for a colleague who has an agile mindset and adapts production plans to ensure efficiency, delivery reliability and continuous improvement. The role provides the opportunity to lead, optimize and develop processes together with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

• Plan and prioritize production to ensure high delivery performance and meet customer requirements.
• Create and drive production plans that maximize efficiency, resource utilization and adhere to production schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Integrated Production Unit (IPU) and adapt plans agilely to changes.
• Monitor performance, analyze deviations and implement improvements, and actively participate in continuous improvement projects.

Your background

• University degree in relevant field or 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Demand, Production, MRP or Inventory Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an open-minded attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to convey clear and concise information to colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Self-driven personality with ease of building relationships.
• Analytical skills and ability to use data for decision making.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience in production planning, SAP and Power BI is meritorious.
