Project Manager - Synchronous Condensers

Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to lead complex projects that contribute to the energy system of the future?

Our Synchronous Condensers business plays an important role in the energy transition by contributing to more stable and robust electricity grids worldwide. As the share of renewable energy increases, our solutions are becoming an increasingly important part of a sustainable and reliable electricity system.

In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for projects from handover from the sales organization all the way to delivery, installation and commissioning. You have the overall responsibility for ensuring that projects are completed according to schedule, budget, technical requirements and customer expectations.

This is a role for you who thrive on combining technology, business, customer dialog and project management. You will work closely with customers, internal functions and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

• manage projects from handover from sales to delivery and commissioning
• ensure control of schedule, budget, quality, risk and scope
• coordinate internal and external stakeholders and create clear project progress
• manage documentation, changes, contractual issues and commercial deviations

The role also requires you to be able to create structure in complex contexts, manage changing conditions and build trust with both customers and colleagues. For the right person, this is an opportunity to work on technically advanced projects that make a real difference.

Qualifications for the role

We are looking for you who are a structured and committed project manager with the ability to drive the work forward even in complex project environments. You are confident in taking responsibility, creating clarity and building good collaborations both internally and externally.

We believe you have:

• experience in project management in systems delivery, industrial projects or similar technical environments
• good interpersonal skills and a strong interest in building relationships
• an independent, systematic and responsible approach
• very good ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage

It is an advantage if you also have an understanding of electric grids, power systems and substations.

You have a civil engineering degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
