Are you the one? Your role and responsibilities
As a project manager at ABB Energy Industries, you will be involved in driving innovative and sustainable projects that streamline processes for our customers in the energy, water, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. You will be responsible for the entire project - from tender to completion of the warranty period - and lead several parallel projects. The role may also include running feasibility studies. The projects consist of customized solutions based on ABB products and control systems, with a focus on schedule, economy, work environment and quality. You work together with your team to ensure achieved results and satisfied customers.

The position is located in Malmö with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
Your work tasks will consist of, among other things:

Coordinating resources, schedules and budget in close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Project deliverables may vary but may include design/construction, documentation, hardware and software procurement, testing, installation and commissioning.
Qualifications for the role
*
You have a technical degree in electricity, automation, computer science or equivalent - or you have built up your skills through relevant professional experience.
*
At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager for external end-customer delivery projects.
*
You have previous experience and knowledge of ABB control systems such as 800xA and/or Advant Master or other control systems and we also look favorably if you have also had a technically leading role earlier in your career.
*
As a person, you are curious, open and social - you naturally build strong and long-term relationships and thrive in collaborations with both colleagues, customers and suppliers.

You are a confident team player who inspires trust and enjoys working together to achieve common goals.
*
You have strong self-motivation and good organizational skills, along with a strong business focus and good understanding of construction law.

You are a skilled communicator and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
