Your role and responsibilities

As an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering projects to external end customers in the process industry, you know what it means to drive complex automation projects all the way to customer satisfaction. Now we are looking for you who want to take on new challenges at ABB Energy Industries - where your skills really make a difference.

With us, you run innovative and sustainable projects that optimize processes at leading players in energy, water, chemistry, food and pharmaceuticals in Sweden and the Nordic region. You will have full ownership of the projects - from tender to completion of the warranty period - and lead several parallel initiatives at the same time in the form of feasibility studies/FEEDs or delivery projects.

You work with customized solutions based on ABB's control systems and products, and lead your team towards achieved results and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Drive the entire delivery cycle - from design and engineering to installation, commissioning and follow-up
• Coordinate resources, schedules and budget with both internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure quality, safety and business excellence at every step
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships that include travel and customer site visits

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 10 years of experience as a project manager for delivery projects to external end customers
• You have a technical education at college level in electricity, automation, data or equivalent - or you have built up your skills through relevant professional experience.
• Have previous knowledge of ABB control systems (800xA/Advant Master) or other control systems.
• Preferably have combined project management with a technical leadership role in your career
• Have a strong business focus and understanding of construction law
• A confident communicator in Swedish and English
• Enjoy building relationships and driving teams towards common goals
