As a Project Specialist in the Energy Industry in Kista, you will primarily work with project-related procurement. You’ll work closely with both project managers and the procurement department. The role involves placing purchase orders, following up on deliveries, receiving goods, and processing supplier invoices. You’ll be part of a team of 8 people in various roles, located throughout Sweden. You will report to the Administrative Manager.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to work at a company where the focus is on both technology and people.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating purchase requests
• Following up on deliveries
• Recording goods received in the system
• Processing supplier invoices

Your background

• High school diploma with a focus on economics or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English, as we are a global company.
• Outgoing personality with self-motivation and a desire to grow
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to take initiative
• Flexible and a good team player
• A knack for organization
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
