Role and responsibilities

We are looking for a technician for warranty analysis with a focus on manipulators.

In this role, you will work on receiving and analyzing warranty material from our customers, such as motors, gears and manipulator wiring. You will investigate what has gone wrong, document findings according to established processes and provide valuable input to product improvements. Working closely with both internal functions and external contacts, you will play a central role in our quality and improvement process.

This is a position for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, likes to solve problems and wants to be involved in developing the robotic solutions of the future.

• Receive and analyze warranty material from customers (e.g. motors, gears, manipulators, etc.
• Document analysis results according to existing processes in a structured and clear way.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties in the daily work.

Your background

• Experience from assembly work in production, or maintenance work at customer sites
• Experience with manipulators.
• Good knowledge of Office 365.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
• As a person, you are curious, willing to learn and a prestigious team player.
• You have a customer and quality focus.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
