Role and Responsibilities

Would you like to work in a business-oriented role that combines customer contact, coordination, and sales?

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our technical training business. In this role, you’ll serve as a key link between customers, technical instructors, and internal partners, responsible for moving customer inquiries through the process from scheduled training to completed transactions. That’s why it’s important that you thrive in a coordinating role where structure, service, and business acumen go hand in hand.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, following up on orders, and ensuring a professional and efficient dialogue with customers throughout the entire process. You’ll work closely with the business to match customer needs with the right training solution—from open courses to customized corporate training programs.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

  • Manage inquiries, quotes, contracts, orders, and administrative tasks related to the training business
  • Maintain ongoing contact with internal and external customers, primarily via phone, MS Teams, and email, and guide them toward the right training solution
  • Coordinate training sessions together with technical instructors and other internal functions
  • Monitor price levels, profitability, and business results, and contribute data for forecasting and planning
  • Support the development of work methods, sales processes, and new business opportunities in the training sector
  • Work in relevant systems and tools, such as Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce

Your Background

  • A degree in engineering, industrial economics, or business administration, preferably complemented by an interest in sales and customer relations.
  • Experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or sales support in a B2B environment
  • Strong administrative skills and experience working with business and CRM systems
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and follow up on multiple concurrent activities
  • Experience with technical products, services, or training programs is a plus
  • To succeed in this role, we believe you are self-motivated, a relationship builder, and solution-oriented.
  • You enjoy creating order and driving progress, while also having a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and contributing to successful business outcomes.
  • You are humble, team-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine administrative tasks with customer interaction and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Here’s what we offer you

We encourage you to take initiative, dare to challenge ideas, and drive your work forward. Here, you’ll grow through meaningful work and lifelong learning, and we’ll support you every step of the way. Every idea you share and every step you take contributes to something greater.
