Your role and responsibility

ABB is the world's largest manufacturer of electric motors and drives. We have a broad product range that we deliver with the highest quality and service levels worldwide, focusing on helping users use their energy in the most sustainable and efficient way possible.

We are currently looking for a salesperson to join our successful team in the North. The position is based in one of our offices in Sundsvall or Örnsköldsvik and you have the opportunity for hybrid work. As a salesperson with us, you will sell products, services and projects to, among others, end users in your region. You will be the tip out towards our customers and be responsible for driving sales together with experienced colleagues in such as technical managers, service and tender engineers and project managers, etc. You will also be supported by our well-established sales organization, training opportunities and the large network

that only a global company can offer. We will offer a solid introduction where you will work closely with our tender engineers and other sales people in the region during the first months to get a good start on your future career.

In this role you will report to the Regional Sales Manager Motion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and maximize customer value, both in new investments with our customers and throughout the life cycle of the products.
  • Work structured and transparent in our CRM system.
  • Adhere to ABB's values on health, safety and business ethics, which includes taking full responsibility for your own actions and caring for your colleagues.
  • The position also includes personal responsibility for budget fulfillment and customer processing, which gives you the opportunity to control both your work and results.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are a results-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can build relationships at multiple levels with our customers.
  • You are solution-focused and motivated by complex challenges, working with the team to find the best solutions for the customer.
  • Industry knowledge in maintenance, automation, electrical and mechanical is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You can communicate in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • B-driving license is a requirement.
