We focus primarily on delivering electrification, automation, and digitalization solutions, industry-specific products, and lifecycle services to customers in the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, and water sectors. We are considered one of the largest suppliers in the industry. Future challenges include growing our strong position by continuing to develop our smart services.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of our contracts and projects to our customers in the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, and water sectors in southern Sweden, utilizing resources from our engineering departments. Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing and developing our service contracts and service deliveries together with highly skilled colleagues and customers.
• You will be a key member of our sales and delivery team, responsible for selling and delivering products, services, and solutions within ABB’s service offering
• You share ABB’s core values regarding safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while also feeling accountable for your colleagues and the business.
• You collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues to create ultimate value for customers, ABB, and society.

Your Background

• You have previous experience working in industry, preferably in the energy sector
• You have experience both selling and delivering unique customer solutions in both contract and project formats.
• You have worked with contracts or projects, preferably in service and maintenance
• You have strong IT skills and experience with business systems that support both financial reporting and sales.
• As a contract manager, you need to have strong collaboration skills and be able to inspire the team to work toward new goals and challenges.
• You are committed, independent, and goal-oriented in your work and contribute to both your colleagues’ well-being and high customer satisfaction.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English and hold a Class B driver’s license.
• Applicants must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
