Are you the one?

At ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges. Our core values of care, courage, curiosity and collaboration - combined with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity - are key drivers in our goal to empower everyone to create sustainable solutions. This is our story. Make it your story.

Your role and responsibilities

At ABB, we have a nationwide service organization with a presence in many locations around the country - and right now we are further strengthening our team. In several of our locations there are both offices and service workshops, and together our service technicians in the region form a strong team that ensures high quality, availability and technical expertise for our customers.

In this role, you have a regional responsibility for service agreements in all of ABB's business areas - from drive systems, motors and generators to power, robot and control systems. You will mainly work with customers in the southern part of Sweden, where you drive and develop our service business with a focus on long-term relationships and added value. Through our broad expertise and proximity to the customer's plant, we contribute to increased operational reliability, energy efficiency and sustainability - always with a focus on safety and cost efficiency. We offer everything from upgrades, analysis and training to advanced solutions such as condition-based maintenance and remote control via our digital Operation Centers.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers on the delivery and further development of service agreements - a central part of our business. This means that you take responsibility for the entire chain from planning to implementation and follow-up of our agreements, with a focus on both customer satisfaction and profitability. You act as a project manager for our service deliveries, where you drive and develop cooperation within the framework of existing agreements. You will also help identify new business opportunities and work actively to further develop both maintenance strategies and business relationships. As the hub of the collaboration - both internally and externally - you ensure that all parties are coordinated and informed. You have an important role in following up on completed assignments, suggesting improvements and ensuring that these also become reality.

Here you get the opportunity to make a real difference - both for our customers and for ABB's continued growth in the service business. If you are passionate about combining technology, business development and customer value, and want to help shape the service offerings of the future, then this is the right role!

Qualifications for the role

  • We believe that you are a person who thrives in a dynamic environment where technology, customer contact and business development go hand in hand. You probably have a university degree in engineering, economics or equivalent. Your commitment, personality and ability to be responsive to customer needs are important for success in this role.
  • You may have previously worked with service, maintenance or project management in industry or larger organizations. You may have a special interest in technology, digitization or customized solutions - no matter what, we would like to see that you are passionate about creating value for customers and teams.
  • You are a responsive and communicative person who feels confident in meeting both customers and colleagues. With a strong personal drive and good business understanding, you will be a natural team player - and sometimes even team leader - in our sales and delivery team.
  • To succeed in the role, you need to be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as you will work with technical documentation and formal documents such as service agreements.
  • The position involves travel, and therefore a B-driving license is a requirement.
