Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a driven and innovative project/contract manager in maintenance for our operations in Gällivare. The goal of the position is to develop world-class maintenance efficiency - with a focus on technology, collaboration and future solutions.

About the role

As a Project/Contract Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving maintenance work in some of Sweden's most advanced industrial environments.

You will:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in complex maintenance activities within the customer's process facilities.
• Plan and execute advanced and time-critical interventions with high precision.
• Work closely with both internal and external parties - often directly in the customer's organization.
• Set clear requirements while building strong and sustainable collaborations.
• Drive development of digital solutions and streamlining of processes, for example according to Lean principles.
• Explore and implement new technological innovations that strengthen our competitiveness.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience from the mining industry and understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
• Documented experience of leading projects with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
• A genuine interest in technology, innovation and digitalization.
• Ability to think strategically while acting operationally in everyday life.
