Your role and responsibilities

In the role of Contract Manager, you will drive both the technical and commercial side of our service contracts. You work closely with the customer and lead the delivery from planning to follow-up - always with a focus on safety, quality, business and high customer satisfaction.

• Lead and develop the service agreements together with our customers - from planning, implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure that all contract deliveries are carried out according to schedule, agreed terms and ABB's guidelines.
• Be a driving force in business and maintenance development and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain good customer relationships through clear communication, structured follow-up meetings and proactive recommendations.
• Drive renegotiations of existing contracts in collaboration with sales.

Qualifications for the role

We are looking for you who thrive in a dynamic role where technology, business and project management meet. You are structured, communicative and passionate about creating value for both customer and organization.

• High school engineering/civil engineering degree or equivalent experience in technology, service or project management.
• Experience in service, maintenance or project management in industry and / or electric power (meritorious).
• Interest in business development, digitization and long-term customer relationships.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate deliveries with great responsibility.
• Travel is included in the service, which is why a B driving license is required.
