Your role and responsibilities

General information

ABB Electrification Service is a leading provider of products and services for the electrical power aftermarket, primarily low and medium voltage switchgear. We work closely with our customers across Sweden to maximize the availability, reliability and safety of their facilities - while contributing to reduced environmental impact through smart, sustainable and digital solutions.

Now we are looking for a business-driven Service Contract Manager / Contract Manager who wants to be involved in developing our service agreements in the southern region of Sweden. In the role, you contribute to optimizing our customers' facilities through operational reliability, energy efficiency, cost efficiency and sustainable maintenance. Service agreements are a central part of ABB's growth journey - and you will be a key player in this work.

The role is preferably located in Norrköping and the surrounding area.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Agreement Manager, you are responsible for both the technical and commercial part of our service agreements. You work closely with the customer and lead the delivery from planning to follow-up, always focusing on safety, quality, professionalism and high customer satisfaction.

In the role, you drive the delivery of existing service agreements while helping to develop and strengthen the business over time. You act as a central link between the customer and ABB, where you follow up on completed assignments, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • operate and further develop service contracts together with our customers
  • manage service delivery in existing contracts and coordinate internal and external resources
  • contribute to business development by identifying new needs and developing sustainable and digital maintenance solutions
  • ensure customer satisfaction, quality and profitability of delivery

Qualifications for the role

We believe you have a technical university or civil engineering degree, or equivalent experience. You may also have a background in project management combined with an interest in technology, digitalization, business development and maintenance.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked with service and maintenance in industry. You have an interest in both business and sales development and thrive in a role where you get to combine customer contact, business acumen and delivery responsibility.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • are communicative, responsive and enjoy working with both customers and colleagues
  • have a strong personal drive and feel comfortable in a leading and coordinating role
  • express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • have a B-driving license, as travel is included in the service

More about us

You work independently but are part of a skilled team consisting of salespeople, order administrator, service coordinator, execution responsible technician and other service technicians who help our customers on site every day.

ABB Electrification Service has about 60 employees in ten locations throughout Sweden. We have a wide product program and help customers to ensure the availability of their installed base. Our customers include paper & pulp, ironworks, energy companies, electricity grid companies, water & sewage, chemical and mining industries.
