This Position reports to: Service Delivery Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to be part of shaping the future service offering within Automation Energy Industries? We are looking for a Service Portfolio Manager who is passionate about developing and managing the service portfolio to meet customer needs and create long-term value.

As Service Portfolio Manager, you will be a key member of our management team. You will be responsible for driving the development of our service portfolio in close collaboration with global product owners and local service departments in Sweden. Your role is to ensure that our services can be delivered with the right quality and in a way that creates customer satisfaction and business value.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and manage the service portfolio in line with global strategies and local market needs.
• Collaborate with global product owners to implement new services and improvements.
• Capture customer needs through close dialogue with the local service organization and our customers in Sweden.
• Ensure that the content of our services can be delivered with high quality and according to current standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in service/service development, product portfolio management or similar in the industrial automation or energy/chemical/pharmaceutical sector.
• You have good leadership experience as a manager, project manager, product owner or similar.
• A communicative and thrive on building relationships both internally and externally.
• Have the ability to work strategically and at the same time drive operational initiatives.
• You have an engineering degree from university/college or equivalent experience.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
