CQE & Tech Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Do you want to combine technical problem solving with customer contact and at the same time be an important part of ABB Robotics' continued growth? Do you thrive in a role where you get to switch between technical support, sales support and customer visits? Then this could be the next step in your career.
As technical and sales support you will be part of a dedicated team that helps Swedish end customers and system integrators with their technical issues and at the same time supports our salespeople in new sales. The role offers a combination of problem solving, customer dialog, technology and business acumen - both remotely and on site. Among other things, you are responsible for handling incoming cases via a common inbox. If necessary, more complex issues are escalated further in the support chain.
